50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
Bookings are not guaranteed until your deposit together
with a signed booking form is received and ApartmentLiverpool.com
has issued your booking confirmation.
The remainder of your balance is to be paid
at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
Guests who have paid an initial booking fee
to Visit Liverpool must pay the remainder of payment to
Apartment Liverpool at least 7 days prior to the arrival
date.
An additional £100 security/damage
fee is required on arrival which will be refunded within
4 days of your departure date.
Any bookings made 14 days prior to arrival
date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Check-in time is usually between 4pm and
9pm. Alternative arrangements can be made for special circumstances
and may be subject to charge. Please contact for further
information.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The client agrees to leave the property in
a clean and tidy condition and to pay for all breakages,
losses and damage.
When a cancellation is made the reservation
deposit will be refunded less an administration charge.
This is subject to the cancellation being received in writing
to ApartmentLiverpool.com at least 14 days prior to the
arrival date. If the cancellation is received less than
14 days prior to the arrival date a refund may be made -
subject to the apartment being re-let and an administration
charge. Guests who do not stay for the full duration of
their booking will not receive a refund.
Apartment Liverpool does not accept any liability
for accidents and injuries incurred during the client's
occupation of the apartment. Client's baggage and belongings
are at the owners risk at all times.
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is
2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
Apartment Liverpool reserves the right to
refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person
whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of other visitors
or otherwise a nuisance.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age.
Younger guests must be accompanied by an adult.
